Reduction of male breasts? Questions to PD Dr. Tremp

In men, breast augmentation to the female form can occur on one side or both sides. Almost half of all men have a male breast. There are two types of male breasts (gynaecomastia). The real gynaecomastia is an enlargement of the mammary gland.

False gynecomastia (lipomastia) is an increase in fatty tissue. Mixed forms of male breasts are common. No man wants to have female breasts himself. Doing sports, the right diet and medication or surgery can help to get rid of male breasts.
